The Platform is not:

• A human service provider
• A legal, financial, or professional advisor

3. Account & Access

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Ensuring authorized access only
• All activities performed under your account

We may suspend or restrict access if:

• Security risks are detected
• Misuse or violation of these Terms occurs

4. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the Platform in compliance with applicable laws
• Ensure you have legal rights to all data you provide
• Configure risk, autonomy, and approval settings appropriately
• Review high-risk actions before approval

You are solely responsible for:

• Business decisions made via the Platform
• Compliance with applicable regulations in your industry

You acknowledge:

• Reviewing and approving high-risk actions
• Monitoring outcomes

7. Integrations & Third-Party Services

The Platform integrates with third-party services via OAuth, including:

• E-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify)
• Marketing platforms (Meta, TikTok)
• Storage and communication tools (Google, Microsoft)
• Logistics and payment providers

You acknowledge:

• Third-party services are governed by their own terms
• We are not responsible for their availability or behavior

8. Availability & Performance

We aim to provide a reliable platform but do not guarantee:

• Continuous availability
• Error-free operation
• Real-time execution

The system may:

• Delay execution due to risk evaluation
• Restrict actions based on system state

9. Fees & Billing

• Fees are based on your selected plan
• Payments are processed via Stripe
• Subscription terms are defined at purchase

We may:

• Modify pricing with prior notice
• Suspend access for non-payment

10. Intellectual Property

We retain all rights to:

• The Platform
• Underlying technology
• AI models and orchestration systems

You retain rights to:

• Your data
• Your generated business content

11. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Platform to:

• Violate laws or regulations
• Process unlawful or unauthorized data
• Circumvent security mechanisms
• Reverse engineer or exploit the system

12. Security

We implement:

• Encryption (at rest and in transit)
• Access control mechanisms
• Monitoring and audit systems

You are responsible for:

• Securing your integrations
• Managing access permissions

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The Platform is provided "as is"
• We are not liable for:
  • Business losses
  • Revenue loss
  • Data inaccuracies
  • Decisions made using the Platform

Total liability is limited to:

• Fees paid in the last 12 months

14. No Warranty

We do not guarantee:

• Accuracy of AI outputs
• Suitability for specific business outcomes
• Error-free or uninterrupted service

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from:

• Your use of the Platform
• Your data and integrations
• Violations of applicable laws

16. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if:

• Terms are violated
• Security risks arise
• Legal requirements demand it

You may terminate at any time.

Upon termination:

• Access is revoked
• Data may be deleted after a retention period

17. Data Deletion & Export

You may request:

• Data export
• Data deletion

We will process requests in accordance with applicable laws.

18. Changes to the Platform

We may:

• Modify features
• Update system behavior
• Improve AI capabilities

Changes will not materially reduce core functionality without notice.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland.

Where applicable, EU regulations may also apply.

20. Dispute Resolution

Disputes shall be resolved in:

• Unless otherwise required by applicable law
